Founder of Salt – Transformation Insights, with a solid career in Strategic People Management.
She has worked as an HR executive at companies such as Raízen, Cosan, Latam, EDP, and ADM. She is a Consultant in Leadership Development, Executive Coaching, Assessment, and Cultural Transformation, serving clients like iFood, Livelo, Cosan, and Magalu.
Holds a degree in Business Administration, a postgraduate degree in Strategy from FIA/USP, and a Post-MBA from Saint Paul Business School and Columbia University.
She is an internationally certified Executive Coach and a Health Coach certified by IIN.
She participates in leading innovation festivals such as SXSW and WebSummit.
PAULA SANTANNA
A professional with over 15 years of experience in HR, working in the Food, Metallurgy, and Consulting industries. She has served as a Business Partner, focusing on team and leadership development.
In consulting, she works as an internal consultant managing Executive Assessment processes, as well as serving as a Life and Career Coach and Clinical Psychologist.
She holds a degree in Psychology with specializations in Organizational Psychology and Body Psychotherapy. She is certified in Emotional Intelligence and Coaching and is proficient in tools such as Learn Agility, OPQ32, EQ-i, and DISC.
MARCELLA PAOLUCCI
Marcella is a consultant specializing in project management and corporate innovation, with experience in advertising accounts for brands like Localiza and Grupo Bernoulli, as well as innovation projects for clients such as Vale and Natura.
In the consultancy, she focuses on facilitation and processes related to Design Thinking and agile methodology, in addition to project management.
She holds a degree in Advertising from PUC/MG and certifications in Project Management (FGV/SP), Design Thinking (Echos), and Branding (ESPM/SP).

EVELINE IANNARELLI
Eveline has over 20 years of experience as an executive and consultant, having worked at companies like BASF and Intercement. She specializes in research and planning for Marketing and Organizational Development.
She works in Executive Coaching, Assessment, Leadership Development, and Organizational Climate Management.
With a Master’s degree in Psychology (PUC-SP) and certification from the ICF, she is a strategic partner of the USP Career Development Office.
BRUNO AMORIM
Bruno is a consultant specializing in Coaching, Executive Assessment, and Leadership Development, with over 14 years of experience.
He has led processes for companies such as Porto, Johnson & Johnson, BRF, Coca-Cola FEMSA, Heineken, among others.
He holds a degree in Law, a postgraduate degree in Civil Procedural Law and Social Psychology of Organizations, and is a certified psychoanalyst and Coach with expertise in assessment tools such as DISC, MBTI, and OPQ.
ÂNGELA CHRISTOFOLETTI
Ângela is a specialist in Strategic People Management, with a solid career as an Executive and Consultant. She has worked at companies such as Coca-Cola, Eaton, and Telefônica Group.
As a consultant, she has supported over 100 organizations in Brazil through coaching, mentoring, assessment, and HR structuring projects.
She holds certifications in Coaching, Mentoring, Neuroleadership, and tools such as OPQ32 and PI.
Ângela has degrees in Business Administration and Economics, with postgraduate studies in Leadership and Organizational Management, as well as Applied Organizational Development for HR.
JÚLIA PACHECO
Júlia has 18 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on technology, having led a business unit with over 2,000 employees.
Currently, she works as a consultant in Leadership Development and Assessment, in addition to supporting leaders as a psychologist and mentor, focusing on balancing corporate demands with mental health.
She is a Master’s candidate in Public Health (UFSC) and a specialist in Leadership Development (Dom Cabral), certified in Executive Coaching by the ICC.
Fernanda Santana
Fernanda is an executive with over 20 years of experience, having worked in marketing, supply chain, and HR across the technology, services, and financial sectors.
She has led projects in cultural transformation, leadership development, organizational design, system integration, performance management, and assessment.
With extensive experience as a C-level coach, she enhances executive dialogues, conflict management, team building, and succession planning. Fernanda holds degrees in Business Administration (Mackenzie) and Psychology (FMU), with a specialization in HR Strategy from the London Business School and Coaching certification from the ICI.
